I’ve purchased something from the site, what happens next?

You will receive a PayPal email receipt at the email address you supplied to us. Once we receive this notification, we will email you with a password for our downloads page. From this page, you will be able to download your OSH materials. We will also be in contact to see if you have any other questions or concerns.

 

I’ve done all that and no one has contacted me yet. What do I do?
