It's Simple! A partially completed SWMS template is available for download above to give Contractors of our Clients a head start.

How to make the template your own Safe Work Method Statement:
(You can type and save in MS Word; or print, handwrite and send photos of the completed SWMS to 0427 616 837).

1. Fill in your business details (Page 1 & 2)

2. Tick the multiple choice check boxes to document the equipment, materials, licences for your work. (Page 2 & 3)

3. Read the 6 common work tasks already drafted for you to check, accept or edit (Pages 4-6).

4. Add additional work tasks in the blank spaces (Page 7, add more pages as required)

When you get to the work site: Review SWMS with Workers, sign and date the (Last Page). 

 

This is part of the Worker (Contractor) WHS Record System to help assess risks on the job and to help our Clients maintain their Work Health and Safety requirements. 
Review the Risk Assessment as new tasks and hazards are introduced, annually, or on expiry of documents.
