Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Regulations 2022, “PCBU” Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking has the same responsibilities for all “Workers” as they do for their direct employees.
Prompt Safety Solutions has been engaged by our clients to implement and help their Contractors, Sub-contractors, Employees, Work Experience and Volunteers with guidance, information and consultation through this Worker WHS Record System.
*System commenced July 2022 and entities that have Provided WHS Documentation through the process are updated Quarterly.
Entities listed have made a submission and provided the requested WHS documentation, however entities need to maintain currency in the future (Documentation currency is not shown on this list). It is important for PCBU's participating in this system to check their detailed status reports provided by Prompt Safety Solutions for the entities listed below to ensure Certificate, License and Insurance currency has been maintained.
