PCBU: Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (The entity you are Contracting to/ Working for.)
It is your duty to meet WHS requirements of the PCBU you are undertaking work for, and is essential for Workers to work in alignment with the overarching PCBU policies and procedures, which we provide for review/ use as part of this system below.
* These PCBU's engage Prompt Safety Solutions to help them maintain their WHS Records. If the PCBU you contract to is not listed, please contact them directly to access Policies.
